If the goods is broken or damaged upon delivery, or if the incorrect item was supplied, you can only return it within 48 hours of the delivery date.
If there is a genuine quality problem in the product, or if there are damages such as manufacturing defects, damage incurred during transit, etc., We will reimburse the cost of the items in accordance with the guidelines for claiming refunds that are listed below.
- Once used, there is no return policy for the product.
- Please be aware that if the delivered goods is undamaged, consumers are only eligible for one free replacement.
- If the client want to exchange the product because they were unhappy with the shipping costs paid by the company and want to pay for them again.We won’t start processing refunds until we’ve actually received the returned package. Therefore, if a buyer ships the item(s) themselves and the package is lost in route, there won’t be any refunds.
- Refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account will take 5-7 working days.
Exchange Policy
We don’t offer exchanges for the products. You can raise the return request as per the return policy and then place a fresh order for a new product.
